Post-Processing Filters

Outdated Under Review

A Post-Processing Filter, or PPFilter, is a configuration file (.ini) that controls the final look of the game in real-time. It adjusts everything from color grading and contrast to advanced effects like bloom, lens flare, and depth of field. It is the primary tool for achieving a specific visual style in Assetto Corsa.

Prerequisites

  • A program capable of extracting .zip archives.
  • Latest Content Manager installed and configured.
  • Latest CSP version installed and working.
  • Latest Pure version (recommended for maximum compatibility.).

Manual Installation Required

  1. Download the Post-Processing Filter .zip archive.
  2. Extract its contents to your root folder. Allow file overwrite if prompted.
  3. Restart Content Manager to ensure changes are recognized.

Best Practice

Always restart CM after installing a new Post-Processing Filter. Without a restart, scripts/settings may not apply properly.
